At orynthalques, we understand that circumstances change and sometimes a refund may be necessary. Our refund policy has been carefully crafted to protect both our students and our educational standards. This policy applies to all courses, programs, and services offered through orynthalques.com, effective as of January 2025.

Important Notice: All refund requests must be submitted within the specified timeframes outlined below. Refunds are processed according to our standard procedures and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

Contact our support team at info@orynthalques.com with your refund request, including your enrollment details and reason for refund. We'll acknowledge receipt within 24 hours.

Our team reviews your request within 3-5 business days, checking eligibility criteria and course completion status. You'll receive updates throughout this process.

We'll notify you of our decision via email, including detailed explanation of approval or any additional requirements needed for processing.

Processing & Payment

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive confirmation once processing is complete.

Refund Eligibility Categories

Full Course Refund

Available within 14 days of enrollment if less than 25% of course content has been accessed. Technical issues preventing access may extend this period with proper documentation.

Partial Refund

Considered between 15-30 days of enrollment or when 25-50% of content accessed. Refund amount calculated based on completed modules and resources used.

Special Circumstances

Medical emergencies, military deployment, or other documented hardships evaluated case-by-case. Supporting documentation required for consideration.

Payment Method Considerations

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method used for enrollment. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days, while PayPal and bank transfers may take up to 10 business days. For installment payments, refunds are calculated based on total payments made minus any applicable processing fees.

Gift enrollments and promotional discounts are handled differently. If you enrolled using a promotional code or received course access as a gift, please mention this when submitting your refund request as it affects processing procedures and timeframes.

Non-Refundable Items: Certificate fees, printed materials that have been shipped, one-on-one consultation sessions that have occurred, and administrative processing fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Course Access After Refund

Upon refund approval, your access to all course materials, forums, and resources will be terminated within 48 hours. We recommend downloading any personal notes or work before submitting a refund request. Access cannot be reinstated after refund processing is complete.

Students who receive refunds are welcome to re-enroll in future course offerings at full price. Previous course progress and materials are not retained and cannot be transferred to new enrollments.
